MY PINK 3DS XL ♥

Hiyaaaaa~

Life has been sooo busy for me sorry for only blogging so so so little. *sad face*

If any spelling mistakes occur, that's because my keyboard is laggy and my nails are too long now to type anyway.

So, as I mentioned in my posts before here is the baby I have been waiting for for sooooo many weeks/months and I finally got my hands on it.

In fact, the reason I am inactive, is because I have never been parted with this console that I am losing my life, or so I believe.

I have bought the pink one, and personally I think it's a bit too pale for my liking.

I like pastel and all, but this, a bit low on saturation (that's what she said)

I still love it either way. Anyway, this charger is from my japanese version DSi.

They work well. So now, I have another one to add on my same chargers yays!

Srsly I have like four of these chargers. It's the fifth one. We love DS consoles, ok?

Back to the 3ds xl, yes.

This one is the us version of the 3ds xl bc rumor has it, the games are now region locked as well.

Which sucked bc I like it when my card games are from all over the world.

Bc that way I can ask relatives and friends from all over he world and nation to get me game cards for my birthday/christmas etc

Or play games with people who have different console versions.

But it wasn't gonna happen now with this console. Boohoo.

It makes me feel like it sucks to have friends all over the world sometimes.

Makes me wanna chunk 'em all up in one continent like "ok errybody, my town's open come on in"

Lol sorry it's 3 am. I feel manic again.

So here's what it looks like when you open it.

So, the day I bought this at the game store, I was greeted by the woman who didn't give a damn at me when I first inquired about an 3ds xl a few weeks ago.

When I was asking about their 3ds consoles before, a few week back, she was like, there's the console outside in the box, don't care, you're not buying anyway and like did not assist me at all.

I hated her so much.

Even if I do not look as hungry for gaming like the geek guys in the game store gawking at all the stuff in there, I have an experience up to reaching level cap in Diablo3 you know!

Don't belittle me lol lol lol

Anyway, so when I got enough money and bought this finally..

Guess what she did?! That girl ripped my box open and put in my 3ds information for me.

Like wtf, is that yours?! YOU PAY FOR IT?

She literally asked my name, bday etc to type it in for me like wth, I was giggling like..

'Heh heh, what are you doing? heh, that's not yours.'

Yes, like I wanted to strangle her with the pitch of my voice and glare of my eyes.

Then when she got bored of it, she handed it to me, but I did not accept, my sisters used it.

I reluctantly paid for it bc it has been dirtied by an ugly soul.

Anyway when I first held it, I noticed how heavy it was.

When I first opened it it felt like.. wow this is big and heavy and pretty awesome (that's what she said)

When we got to Mcdonalds, I turned 3D on, which is supposedly the main factor of this console..

And guess what happened? I almost threw up.

I got dizzy lol. But it turns out I was looking in the wrong angle.

Anyway...

My eyes are getting tired from writing. Sheesh.

Here's the console when you open it and yes, as you know I got my Animal Crossing New Leaf, the reason I bought this.

Alongside with the reason that they give you free Pokemon download codes when you register a qualified game and a console in March.

I was so lucky ACNL was one of the qualified games. So yeah, I got Pokemon Y free.

This is in brightest setting which blurred the background out, you see. So bright.

It's got this circle pad which works well regulating the speed/force you wanna apply on stuff in game.

It's a bit sharper than I thought it would be. And that is awesome.

I didn't expect much from this really bc I didn't want disappointment lol.

My Town is named Denzers.

So how big is this console? Not very big outside, but really heavier than DS consoles.

My hands use to get tired and heavy from DS consoles, imagine how slim the 3ds xl makes my hands? lol

Here's my 3ds xl with my DSi with cases on.. Not very much difference right?

Without cases on. Oooh they look so damn fragile T^T

Like they could scratch and turn off color in a snap.

I tried aligning them as much as I could without getting them scratched. lol

I like how they both light up red flashies when the outer cameras are on.

But the 3d XL lights led up when I receive notifications.

Cooooooool right? Just like my blackberry phone. :3

Inside is where you see all the difference.

The screen and difference, is like, so huge, the DSi feels almost like a cheap toy.

But it's not. We bought the DSi's when they first came out in Japan and I bought the 3ds xl like, 2 years after release in Philippine Peso, so basically the price s almost the same.

The problem is that, white gets dirty easily.

I mean, a spec of dust is sooo noticable in these consoles that once you dirty it it feels ugly already.

I clean them every day. Still they fade. 

Even my 3ds xl's hori case which is soo damn expensive than i thought it would be, is freaking fading and yellowish after a few days.

Can't blame them, activity log says i have played ACNL for 128 hours and 50 minutes at the moment.

Just ACNL, how much more my other games, I even play my DS game cards on my XL lol (Anyway, yes they work and they are all japanese game cards)

There goeth my life..... lol

But overall, I love this console and I even kiss it every now and then bc it is so beautiful lol.

If you went here to check if it's good, yes, it is but if you're a clean freak like me, i might consider to buy the black ones.

I just can't help it bc I love white and pink so... It's worth all the occasional wiping sessions.

Anyway, I think I've said too much stuff and I don't want to catch daylight now.

I'm spending today with LSG Girls and I don't want to look like a zombie.

Hiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii! ♥

Omg omg~ I've finally finished my blog banner and background and color scheme!

It took hours and hours to draw them on MS paint!

Srsly, it took me two days to do it and to a few more added touches.

What inspired me to do this theme was Animal Crossing: New Leaf's Mermaid Series house.

I really can't wait for my 3ds XL to play my Animal Crossing: New Leaf already.

You see, I have bought the game already ahead because I was supposed to have it on my birthday.

So shiny in my eyes~ I can't wait to collect mermaid series stuff!

I bought this for myself as a birthday gift / compensation lol

I came across the mermaid series while watching animal crossing game-plays on Youtube and fell inlove with it.

It looks like this outside when you have an average house. It looked sooo adorable too me with the stars and the sea shells and color scheme.

It seemed childish to other people but I really like it, so screw them lol.

All the furniture are really cute too.

It looked like a room that Little Mermaid Ariel's sister Alana would be living in.

That's when the idea of creating a pastel mermaid themed Town popped up.

I was initially going to name my Mayor/Character "Lune" and name my town "Lunatics"

So when Rover tells me, "Ah, you're going to the Town of Lunatics?" lol lol that'd be cool

But now I think i want to name my character Alana and my town Atlantica lol.

Which is impossible because I think the title character limit is like eight?

So I'm one letter short. make it Atlantic? Or "アトランティカ"? I don't know.

I still have less than 15 days soooo...

Anyway.

For some reason, I have cancelled the Monster Hunter Goa Magara 3ds XL wanted 

Because apparently 3ds consoles are soooo region locked, you can't even use games from other countries.

For example, you have a Japanese version 3ds xl, you cannot use US version 3ds game cards.

And the Goa Magara XL I wanted is only available in Japanese.

In fact, all the colors/bundles I wanted was only available in Japanese.

Namely..

MINT X WHITE

 MINT X WHITE (TOMODACHI BUNDLE)

PINK X WHITE (ONE PIECE CHOPPER PINK)

BLACK (MONSTER HUNTER 4 BUNDLE GOA MAGARA)

SO DAMN SAD T^T

It was fine for me, only that I am in the Philippines now and shipping game cards from Japan would be damn ton expensive.

Plus I KNOW I won't be able to connect on the internet using Japanese consoles here.

All my DS lite and DSi consoles (all are japanese versions) never worked on wifi connection here.

So damn annoying.

All the more, the best thing I wanted was just.. IMPOSSIBLE.

And it goes by the name of....

ANIMAL CROSSING BUNDLE 'POPTART'

It was obvious what I really wanted, like, come one.

Yes, it's available in the US version.

But then, I CAN NOT FIND ONE AT STORES ANYMORE.

And no, I do not buy from Online Stores EVER.

I hate online transactions from people I have never met in person.

I just don't feel comfortable.

Japanese Version? Come one, how to use Animal Crossing properly without wifi, huh?

SO PLEASE, READER.. IF YOU KNOW WHERE TO BUY AN ANIMAL CROSSING 3DS XL IN STORES IN MANILA PLEASE LET ME KNOW. 

GREAT REWARDS AWAIT LMAO ^O^

But, if within 15 days I still don't find one, I'll just probably get something that's available in shops.

This pink one is good for me if all else fails. I just want to play Animal Crossing New Leaf so badly.

By then, I could start my Pastel Mermaid Dream Wonderland and stock up on ferocious amounts of Mermaid Series stuff.

Because that is all I want to do right now so I know I'll be happy and contented with that. ♥

So, now you know what has been going around my head for the whole couple of months and I was really skeptical about posting this.

But since I can't think of anything besides this and school, I figured it was the only bloggable/more positive/not that boring stuff to blog about..

I was really lazy to blog about my birthday though~

I stated on my last post I as going to but nothing much really happened so I found it boring to write about.

Maybe next year on my 18th birthday, huh? ^^

Btw, sorry for the eye sore my new theme might have gave you 'cause it gave me one too lol lol

I hope some of you liked it anyway. I might add some few more things to it depending on my mood lol.

Going to fix my college stuff from tomorrow onwards, so I might not be able to blog as much as I initially planned to.
